The Beverley House - Northport, Maine.

A full property remodel is a huge undertaking, but these clients have been in the renovation game for a while and have all the skills to hand. They started their real estate investment journey several years ago and have succeeded in both the long term rentals market and also at building and selling new homes. 
They gave me a call when they decided to turn their hand to transforming a sweet, tiny old house in Northport, Maine.

Alana and Evan are incredibly hard workers and took on this project with zeal. We got together the day they completed on the house and started talking plans immediately. Within days the house was demo'd and ready for our plans to begin to take shape. 

Walls were moved, plumbing re-routed, ceilings pushed into the eaves, insulation refreshed, floors replaced, a spiral staircase installed and a whole new basement level living space, replete with a full bathroom, laundry room, ample storage space and walk out patio came to life where there used to be a garage a long time ago.

Every inch of space was maximized to create a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
